PhysicsWallah (PW) is expanding its Online Degree business, and we’re looking for passionate, target-driven professionals to join our team in Bengaluru.

? Role: Sr. Counsellor / Associate Manager – Online Degree

? Location: Bengaluru

? Employment: Full-time | On-site

? Industry: EdTech / Higher Education / Online Degree

? Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective learners and parents on Online Degree programs such as MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, B.Com and other higher-education programs.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their academic and career goals.
- Handle inbound enquiries, leads, walk-ins and follow-ups effectively.
- Explain course structure, eligibility, fee structure, admission process and career outcomes.
- Drive admissions and enrollment targets through effective counselling and conversion techniques.
- Maintain accurate lead and counselling records using CRM and digital tools.
- Coordinate with academic, operations and support teams to ensure a smooth learner journey.
- Address learner concerns and contribute to improving the overall admission and learner experience.
- Track daily performance,



conversion metrics and follow-up pipelines.

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in sales / admissions counselling / EdTech / higher education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong learner-centric counselling and relationship-management abilities.
- Experience in lead management and conversion.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital platforms.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, quick-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in Online Degree / EdTech / Higher Education will be highly preferred.
