Overview

We are seeking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance to support data-driven initiatives across policy and claims domains. The ideal candidate will bring domain knowledge, process insight, and hands-on experience with data tools and quality assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze and interpret insurance-related data, including policy and claims information, to support data ingestion and transformation.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into documentation and data mapping.

· Develop and maintain data mapping documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.

· Create and manage process flow diagrams to visualize business operations and identify areas for improvement.

· Perform quality assurance testing to validate data integrity and system functionality.





· Write and execute basic Python scripts for data manipulation and automation tasks.

· Use SQL to query databases and extract relevant data for analysis.

· Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
