- Team Management Experience:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of team management experience is essential.

- Advanced Excel Skills:

- The candidate should be up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in training and development.

- Experience Requirements:

- For Assistant Manager (AM): 6-8 years of overall experience is required.
- For Deputy Manager (DM): 9-12 years of overall experience is required.
