As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering smooth, safe, and professional guest services. This role involves supporting daily operations, maintaining cleanliness, managing customer interactions, and assisting with event setups. This is an individual contributor role with no subordinates.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesGeneral Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests courteously and professionally.
- Set up and manage sports/activity areas before, during, and after use.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.
- Handle equipment, perform basic maintenance, and restock supplies as needed.
- Support events, tournaments, and group bookings when required.
- Share guest feedback or operational issues with the Reporting Manager and update on the WhatsApp group.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure guests follow venue rules.
- Coordinate daily tasks smoothly with other departments.
Grooming & Conduct
- Maintain punctuality and be well-groomed,
representing the brand image of PLaY.
- Maintain qualified conduct and positive interaction with all guests.
Customer Service
- Communicate with guests in a calm, helpful, and respectful manner.
- Clearly explain house rules while issuing equipment.
- Handle bookings efficiently and without miscommunication.
- Ensure proper handling and return of sports equipment.
Data & Records
- Assist in maintaining attendance records for revenue partners as instructed.
- Support tracking of sports activity schedules.
Coordination
- Cooperate with fellow crew and housekeeping team to complete daily responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively to avoid confusion or delays.
- Notify the Reporting Manager if any support is needed.
Maintenance
- Report technical issues or repair needs to the reporting Manager.
- Help maintain the sports facility, infrastructure, and equipment in good condition.
