Conducting orientation to sales process, develop individual coaching plans, provide resources and assistance, and schedule orientation drive-along with senior representatives.

Conduct exercise sessions for current and current sales employees.

Observe sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.

Coordinate with other sales trainers and sales managers.

Structure training plans

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.

Key Expectations:
Trainers with experience in training IIT / IIM-level participants

Must be comfortable delivering sessions in Hindi and Tamil

Should be open to traveling across India

Experience in training personnel from distilled spirits and fermented beverage brands.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹1,250.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- sales training: 8 years (required)
- training at IIM and IIT : 1 year (preferred)
- beverages or FMCG: 1 year (required)
