About the Company:
A leading Houston, Texas (USA)-based logistics company is expanding its global team and looking for dynamic and dedicated Process Executives to join our Kolkata office. You’ll play a key role in managing the company’s international hiring program and delivering top-notch customer interaction experiences.

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Post and manage job listings on leading job boards and portals.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and update internal databases.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure hiring objectives are met.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process (BPO/KPO).
- Prior exposure to overseas or U.S.based recruitment is a solid advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written - with a neutral accent.
- Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
