About Us: Established in 1967, we are a reputed Society with a turnover exceeding 300 Crores. We are an authorized IOCL dealer operating 4 Petrol Bunks and 7 Lubricant shops in Vijayawada.

Role Summary: We are seeking a disciplined and sincere Purchase Officer to manage the procurement of fuel and lubricants. You will ensure zero stockouts and handle necessary regulatory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement: Place and track orders with IOCL to ensure timely delivery of fuel and lubricants.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels daily across all bunks and shops to forecast demand.
- Compliance & Accounts: Manage trade licenses, renewals, and supplier account reconciliations,Stock Audits.
- Coordination: Act as the link between Bunk Managers, Directors, and Suppliers.




- Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years in procurement or administration (Petroleum/Automotive experience preferred).
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/ERP and solid organizational skills.
- Traits: High integrity, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business/Supply Chain/Commerce/Engineering; 3-6 years in procurement (petroleum experience preferred).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficient in MS Office/ERP.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and team player; local Vijayawada knowledge a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
