Responsibilities
- Supervise and support care staff, ensuring adherence to care standards and organisational policies, Manage rotation and on call care coordination.
- Oversee medication administration in compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive resident support.
- Monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes in condition or behaviour.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices within the care home environment.
- Promote a positive, safe, and respectful atmosphere for residents and staff alike.
Skills
- Demonstrable leadership and management skills, including supervising experience within a care workplace.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple needs effectively.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and healthcare regulations.
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills tailored to elderly residents and their families.
- Ability to lead by example while fostering teamwork among staff members.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
