Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with authors, professors, and academic professionals
- Explain publishing services clearly and professionally
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and client coordination
- Build long-term relationships with academic clients
- Support sales growth through effective communication and service

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills




- Good academic awareness and understanding of higher education
- Confident, polite, and persuasive approach
- Prior experience in sales, academic coordination, or publishing is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in academic publishing can also apply
