Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
- Maintain accurate records of all items in stock, including quantities, condition, and expiration dates.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent stock outs.
- Organize and categorize items in storage areas for easy access.
- Ensure that items are stored in a protected and secure manner to prevent damage or loss. Implement a systematic storage system to optimize space and minimize waste.
- Prepare and pack items for delivery to project sites as requested by project managers and designers.
- Maintain a log of items distributed to various projects, ensuring that records are up-to-date.




- Inspect items for quality and functionality before distribution.
- Report any damaged or defective items to the appropriate personnel for resolution. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including receipts, issuances, and returns.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status and usage.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend changes if necessary.
- Enforce security measures to prevent theft and unauthorized access to the storage area.
- Ensure that safety protocols and guidelines are followed when handling and storing materials.
- Assist in controlling costs by optimizing inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Identify cost-effective procurement opportunities and recommend cost-saving measures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
