Welcome all walk-in customers with courtesy and a warm greeting.
- Guide the customers to the appropriate sales executive based on their requirements.
- Maintain a skilled and inviting atmosphere at the entrance/reception area.
- Provide basic information about collections, ongoing offers, and store services.
- Assist customers with queues, seating arrangements, and basic hospitality.
- Maintain a visitor log and manage customer flow during peak hours.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Handle basic customer queries and direct them to the concerned department.
- Ensure customer comfort—offer water/refreshments as per store policy.
- Represent the brand image through excellent etiquette and grooming.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
