POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN MATERIALS MANAGEMENT (PGDMM)

Job Description:
- Material Inward and ready for inspection by QC, GRN preparation through SAP
- Material storage in physical location and update in SAP
- Material Issue as per MR given by user.
- Annual Inventory Physical verification and reconciliation
- Providing Identification and Storage/Issuance in yards to Raw material like plate, pipe, flat bars, round bars, rough machined forging
- All type Scrap disposal, Metal, Nonmetal, coolant, empty bins, wood, machining swarf by auction.
- Scrap storage keeping in segregation gala, housekeeping




- Facilitating the scrap vendors for loading of scraps.
- Hazardous waste disposal to GPCB approved vendors
- Old project stock transfer to recent project stock transfer after inspection and verification.
- To achieve the EHS objective by controlling unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and periodic reviews of HIRA.
- Controlling usage/shop disposal of hazardous waste like oil-soaked cotton, plastic, chemical cans.
- Achieving the target of Safety by enhancing 5S score and SPI- Safety Performance Index at Yard, shop floor & office.
- Ensure forklift operator and crane operator license.
- Facilitate Finance related audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards
