We are an Electric Two-Wheeler Dealership and are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (Female) to join our newly launched showroom at Kolar Road, Bhopal.

Eligibility / Requirements
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in customer handling or retail operations
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in automobile or EV retail will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and provide appropriate assistance and product-related information to prospective customers
- Accurately update call logs and customer details in the DMS, ensuring data accuracy and clarity
- Engage customers with relevant product information when Product Specialists are busy or unavailable
- Support the sales team by ensuring smooth showroom operations, including adherence to opening and closing SOPs at the Company Experience Centre





Additional Responsibilities
- Support the sales operations team by making outbound calls to customers as required (e.g., customer verification, follow-ups)
- Maintain high standards of process hygiene while using the DMS and handling paperwork
- Coordinate effectively with dependent teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
