We are looking for an Admission Counsellor (Female) with 2-3 years of experience in course sales and student counselling. The role involves calling prospective students, generating walk-ins, counselling students and parents, and closing admissions.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Call prospective students and explain available courses
- Generate walk-ins through regular calling and follow-ups
- Counsel students and parents regarding career options
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses
- Follow up with leads and close admissions
- Work towards monthly admission targets
- Maintain enquiry and admission records
- Requirements:_
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in course sales or education counselling
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi:
- Sales-oriented, enthusiastic, and target-focused
- Confident in handling students and parents
