Job Profile:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to join our jewellery store team. In this role, you will drive sales of natural gemstones, jewellery and bars, provide exceptional customer service, and build lasting relationships with clients. If you have a flair for luxury products, ethical principles and strong sales acumen, this is your opportunity to shine in a high-end retail setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and recommend products that match their need, budget, and occasions.
- Explain product features and benefits.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, including diamonds, gemstones, gold, and craftsmanship to educate and inspire customers.
- Handle transactions accurately using POS systems, process custom orders, and manage returns or exchanges efficiently.




- Maintain an immaculate store presentation, including window displays, product merchandising, and inventory checks.
- Build customer loyalty by following up on sales, managing a client database, and organizing events like bridal consultations or trunk shows.
- Follow brand policies for sales, returns, and exchange.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, and customer information.

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in retail, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods (at least 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong knowledge of current retail trends, authenticity verification, and sales techniques.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- 12th pass or graduate preferred.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle delicate items.
- Well-groomed and honest personality.
