Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage BIM models for Data Centre and Industrial infrastructure projects

Prepare detailed 3D BIM models for MEP, Architectural, and Structural disciplines

Perform clash detection using Navisworks and lead coordination reviews

Extract BOQs, drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models

Coordinate with design teams, site engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders

Ensure compliance with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project specifications

Support project teams with BIM-related technical inputs and updates

Eligibility & Qualifications

BE / BTech / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil)

2-8 years of relevant experience in BIM engineering





Prior exposure to Data Centre or Industrial projects is preferred

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Revit (MEP / Architecture / Structure)

Hands-on experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination

Understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices

Soft Skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
