Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-oriented Helpdesk Executive to provide first-level technical support and assistance to users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests in the helpdesk system
- Resolve issues within defined SLAs and escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Assist users with password resets, access issues, and basic system usage
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ITIL processes
- Provide regular updates to users on ticket status and resolution
- Maintain documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in IT support,



helpdesk, or service desk roles
- Positive knowledge of Windows/macOS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Jira, Zoho Desk, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple issues simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft certifications
- Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices and endpoint security

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
