Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure timely completion of uniform orders.
- Plan and allocate work to tailors, helpers, and operators as per production targets.
- Ensure production quality meets company standards and client specifications.
- Monitor stitching, finishing, ironing, and packing processes.
- Control wastage of fabric and accessories; ensure optimum utilization of materials.
- Coordinate with the cutting, store, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain production records, daily output reports, and attendance of production staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety, discipline, and company policies on the production floor.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Train and guide workers to improve productivity and quality.

Key Skills & Requirements:




- Solid knowledge of garment construction and uniform stitching processes.
- Ability to manage workforce and meet production deadlines.
- Good understanding of quality control and production planning.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of production reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.

Qualification:
- Diploma or relevant certification in Garment / Textile / Production (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in garment or uniform manufacturing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
