Role Description This is a full-time, in office Solutions Architect role based in New Delhi.

The Solutions

Architect will design end-to-end analytics and AI/ML solutions, aligning technical architecture with client business objectives and Pinnacle’s product offerings. Day-to-day work includes gathering and analyzing requirements, creating scalable solution designs, collaborating with software development teams, and overseeing integration of systems and data sources. The role involves consulting with clients, presenting architectural recommendations, leading technical workshops, and ensuring solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

Architect will also support pre-sales activities,



contribute to best practices, and mentor team members on architecture and implementation approaches.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and reliable analytics and AI/ML solutions.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical designs.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, with hands-on experience in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and cloud platforms.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills, including designing and implementing data and system integrations using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware.
- Candidates should possess Business Process understanding, with the ability to map workflows and optimize processes using data-driven insights.
- Experience with analytics platforms, data warehousing, and AI/ML solutions; familiarity with products similar to SPECTA™ is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work cross-functionally, and a track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
- Experience working with clients in telecom, government, or financial services sectors is preferred.
