Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to design solution architecture for cross-system interactions and business logic integration, ensuring seamless interoperability across multiple applications.

- Strong hands-on experience with Flexera SAM (FlexNet Manager Suite / Flexera One):

- Inventory and compliance modules
- ARL/SKU/PURL and software recognition
- License models, contracts, and consumption calculation

- Good understanding of software licensing concepts across server, desktop, cloud, and SaaS (per device, per user, core-based, subscription).




- Experience with discovery/inventory and CMDB tools and asset/CMDB data modeling.
- Proficiency with SQL and/or scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for data analysis, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting integrations via APIs, web services, flat-file imports/exports, and connectors.
- Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and working in an AMS/managed services environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills; comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
