Role Description The Solution Architect (BI) will be responsible for designing and overseeing end-to-end business intelligence solutions that align with client requirements and organizational standards. This full-time, in office role based in Jaipur involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand processes, defining solution architectures, and ensuring seamless integration across data sources, applications, and platforms. The role includes guiding development teams on BI design and implementation, reviewing technical specifications, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and performant.

The Solution

will also participate in client consulting activities, conduct technical assessments, and recommend improvements to existing BI and analytics ecosystems. Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining documentation, supporting deployment and troubleshooting, and staying current with emerging BI tools, data platforms, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Solution Architecture skills, with experience designing end-to-end BI and analytics solutions.
- Consulting and stakeholder management skills to translate business requirements into technical designs and roadmaps.
- Hands-on Software Development experience in BI/data platforms (e.g., data warehousing, ETL, reporting, dashboards).
- Integration skills for connecting disparate systems, data sources, and enterprise applications in a cohesive BI landscape.
- Understanding of Business Process modeling and optimization to ensure BI solutions support operational and strategic goals.
- Proficiency with common BI and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SSIS, SSAS, data warehouses, SQL and relational databases).
- Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL design, and performance tuning for large-scale data and reporting environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative setting.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in enterprise solutions, cloud platforms
