Role Description The Solar Engineer PM (Suryaghar) role is a full-time on-site position based in the Greater Jaipur Area. This role involves end-to-end project management of rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations under the Suryaghar program, including technical assessment, system sizing, and PV layout design.

The Solar

Engineer PM will coordinate site surveys, prepare detailed engineering drawings, oversee procurement and installation, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams,



monitoring project timelines and budgets, resolving technical issues on-site, and preparing progress and performance reports. The role also includes client interaction, supporting commissioning and handover, and recommending system improvements to maximize energy yield and reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the solar industry and solar power generation, including current technologies, policies, and market trends.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with solar systems and PV design, including system sizing, string configuration, layout planning, and performance analysis.
- Candidates should possess solid skills in electrical design related to solar projects, including single-line diagrams, protection schemes, cabling, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Electrical, Renewable Energy, Power Systems) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in EPC or solar project management, including scheduling, resource planning, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency with solar design and simulation software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD) and standard office productivity tools.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
