Role Description The Solar Industrial Affiliate is a full-time hybrid role based in Lucknow, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves supporting solar project development, including assisting in site assessments, data collection, and coordination with engineering and installation teams. The affiliate will help prepare technical and commercial documentation, track project timelines, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Daily activities may include communicating with clients and vendors, monitoring system performance, and reporting on project progress.



The role also supports basic market research on solar technologies and policies to help improve service offerings and customer solutions.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of solar energy systems, including rooftop solar, ground-mounted plants, and hybrid or battery storage solutions.
- Ability to assist with project coordination tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with basic office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email) and willingness to learn industry-specific software.
- Capacity to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating in office in Lucknow and independently from home.
- Educational background in engineering, energy, science, or a related field is preferred; candidates with relevant technical training or internships in solar or renewable energy are encouraged to apply.
