Responsibilities

- Expected to be an SME - The role of Discrete Event Simulation / Plant Simulation Specialist requires to develop simulation models on Plant/production, logistic or warehouse systems processes - The Specialist needs to perform What-If scenario and do analysis to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and provide solutions to improve current plant performance and also validate future states/ scenarios.




- Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the development and configuration of software systems - Ensure the successful delivery of software systems - Manage and coordinate with team members Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Simulation Modeling - Experience with Unreal Engine - Experience with Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation - Strong understanding of software development methodologies - Knowledge of programming languages such as C++ and Python - Familiarity with software testing and debugging - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Simulation Modeling - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A BTech/BE in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required
