: "9 BDC7A We are looking for a highly skilled SAP BTP Backend Service Developer to join our team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and cloud-native backend services on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will have a robust foundation in cloud application development, particularly using CAP (Cloud Application Programming) Model, Node.js, Java, or ABAP RESTful Application Programming (RAP), with a deep understanding of BTP services like XSUAA, HDI Containers, and SAP HANA Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy backend services using SAP BTP technologies (CAP, RAP, Node.js, Java).
- Develop OData and REST APIs to support business applications and external integrations.
- Leverage BTP services such as SAP HANA Cloud, XSUAA, Destination service, and Connectivity service.
- Work closely with frontend developers, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Create and maintain HDI containers and perform database modeling using CDS (Core Data Services).
- Implement authentication and authorization using XSUAA and JWT-based security.
- Monitor and optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability.




- Participate in Agile development processes and sprint ceremonies.
- Create unit tests and support integration and system testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in backend development; 1+ years in SAP BTP.
- Strong experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) Model using Node.js or Java.
- Proficiency in database development with SAP HANA Cloud and CDS.
- Experience with REST and OData service development.
- Understanding of OAuth2.0 and BTP security (XSUAA).
- Familiarity with SAP BTP CLI tools, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or SAP Continuous Integration & Delivery.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
- Familiarity with SAP Build or Fiori Elements.
- Knowledge of SAP Event Mesh, Integration Suite, or BTP Transport Management.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design."
