As an Application Developer, you will be involved in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

a. Be a expert team member and Lead a team of technical developers and help them in design, build and testing b. Helps in designing strategy for new enhancement requests and adoption of new features in Peoplesoft 9.2

c. Coordinates with Functional/Business team and transformation team to translate business requirement to technical document and diagram d. Resolve tickets, design and build Extensions, Interfaces and Reports for Payroll for North America (NA Payroll)

e. Design and build batch programs in Payroll and fix/update existing batch programs

Professional & Technical Skills:

a. Must be expert in PeopleSoft PeopleTools (NA Payroll)

b. Positive in AppEngine,



SQR, Component Interfaces, AppDesigner, Peoplecode, XML Publisher and Application Packages and have exposure to COBOL debugging. Must have experience in implementing Tax updates c. Good Functional knowledge in Peoplesoft Payroll for North America (NA Payroll)

e. Must have worked on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.54 or above f. Must be expert in Oracle SQL/PL SQL g. Should have prior experience of working on Production Support, conversion and/or Implementation projects
