- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture (multi-instance, multi-tenant)
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, CSM modules
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model (tables, relationships, CMDB)
- Technical Development Skills
- Advanced scripting:

o JavaScript (server-side & client-side)

o Expertise in:

o Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts o UI Policies, UI Actions o Flow Designer & Workflows o Knowledge of Scoped Applications & App Engine

- Integration & API Skills
- Designing and implementing:

o REST/SOAP APIs o IntegrationHub spokes o Experience with:

o MID Server setup o External system integrations

- CMDB

Basic CMDB Knowledge





- Solution & Architecture Design

Ability to

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
- Create end-to-end solution architecture diagrams
- Security & Governance

Knowledge of

- Access Control (ACLs), Data Security
- Instance security best practices

- Lead technical teams and guide developers
