Role Description The Software Engineer role at SaathApp is a full-time, on-site position based in Bihar Sharif. In this role, the Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and back-end services that power the SaathApp platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing new features, fixing bugs, and collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Engineer will participate in code reviews, optimize system performance,



and help ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the platform. The role also involves documenting technical work, following best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development and building scalable services.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design robust solutions, and debug complex issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems, and collaborative workflows.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Experience with databases, APIs, and security best practices is an advantage.
