Position: Software Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Location: Chennai, Sholinganallur

Key Responsibilities;

- Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Sales & Customer Service modules.

- Build JavaScript customizations, Plugins, and Custom APIs.

- Develop Power Automate flows, Canvas Apps, and Custom Pages.

- Design and implement D365 integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

- Troubleshoot system, integration, and performance issues.

- Participate in solution design, ALM, security, and technical documentation.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development.

- JavaScript, Plugins, Custom APIs, Power Automate, Dataverse.

- REST/SOAP APIs, Web API, Middleware, OAuth/Azure AD.

- Understanding of ALM, security model, and solution management.

- Experience with GitHub Copilot.

- Positive to have: Omnichannel for Customer Service.

- 6+ years in IT with 4+ years in software development.
