Position: Academic Counselor

Location: Westend Mall, 706-707, District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi - 110058

Salary: Upto ₹30K

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in student counseling, academic advising, or telesales (voice process preferred)

Engage with students and parents via inbound and outbound calls

Understand student goals and recommend suitable learning plans

Clearly explain course details, features, and benefits

Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM tools

Achieve weekly and monthly guidance/engagement targets

Coordinate with internal teams for seamless student support





Minimum 6 months of experience in academic counseling, telesales, or voice process roles

Prior exposure to EdTech or education services is a robust plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Excellent listening and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with basic computer operations and CRM software

A student-first approach with the ability to advise effectively

Self-motivated and able to work in a goal-oriented environment
