The Team

You will own the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of the finance systems that keep the business running.
This role combines hands-on NetSuite ownership, cross-functional problem solving, and process design. You will work closely with Accounting, FP&A;, Procurement, People, IT, and business leaders, with the autonomy to improve how work gets done and the visibility to see the impact of those improvements.
The Role
What type of work will you be doing:
● Serve as the primary administrator and internal subject matter expert for NetSuite, managing roles, permissions, workflows, forms, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom fields, and custom records.
● Configure and administer NetSuite capabilities, including Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Recognition, MCP, SuiteAnalytics, dashboards, saved searches, workflows, roles, permissions, and user access.
● Partner with Accounting, FP&A;, Procurement, People, IT, and business stakeholders to translate finance-process r
