MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical
field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role
(e.g., Technical Program Management, Software Engineering, Solutions
Architecture, or Enterprise Systems Architecture).
* 2 years of experience managing, launching, or migrating platform, developer
API, backend workflow engines, or foundational enterprise infrastructure
products.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience with Partner Relationship Management systems, B2B partner
programs, tiering mechanics, rebate/incentive computation engines, or cloud
marketplaces.
* Knowledge of service-oriented architecture, enterprise data contracts (LBOs),
REST/gRPC API design, event-driven architectures, and leading technical
design reviews with Staff Architects.
* Ability to align goals and foster collaboration across geographically
distributed teams (e.g., Bangalore, Sunnyvale, Seattle).
* Ability to grow in matrixed enterprise environments, transforming ambiguity
into structured execution plans.
* Ability to evaluate trade-offs between partner requests versus scalable
platform capabilities, prioritizing platform scale.
* Ability to drive technical projects and system migrations to completion with
high reliability and zero disruption.
