About the Role
We are looking for a Multimedia Designerwith strong expertise invideo editing and visual storytelling , supported by solid graphic design skills.
The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for creating engaging video content for social media, performance marketing, campaigns, product launches, and other digital channels. While video editing will be the core focus of the role, the candidate should also have a valuable understanding of graphic design and be able to create supporting static creatives when required.
Prior experience with askincare, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or D2 C brandwill be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality video content forsocial media, performance marketing, brand campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
Own the video editing process from raw footage to final output, includingstorytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, color correction, typography, and motion graphics.
Develop engaging short-form content such as Reels, ads, product videos, UGC-style content, and brand-led videos.




Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Brand teams to understand briefs and translate them into compelling visual stories.
Repurpose and optimize video content into different formats and dimensions for platforms such as Instagram, You Tube, and Meta Ads.
Create motion-led content, animations, text treatments, and visual effects to make content more engaging.
Maintain consistency in visual language, editing style, and overall brand aesthetics across video content.
Create supportingstatic creatives, social media assets, digital ads, and marketing collateralswhen required.
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality output within tight timelines.
Stay updated with emergingvideo editing, social media, content, and visual storytelling trendsand bring relevant ideas to the brand. Key Skills & Requirements
