We are looking for an HR Manager who can run the full employee lifecycle end to end — from the moment an offer is accepted to the moment someone moves on — and who can be a genuine partner to our delivery managers, not just a process administrator.
You will own onboarding, performance management, engagement, policy, HR operations and compliance for the entire organisation. You will work directly with the leadership team on org structure, retention and people decisions, and you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition on hiring, offers and compensation. This is a hands-on generalist role in a lean team: you will design the process and also run it.
Key Responsibilities:





HR Operations & Lifecycle
Lead the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, HRIS (Zoho) updates, and exit management.
Ensure robust HR compliance, policy implementation, and timely execution of organisational processes.
Drive payroll-related coordination: salary changes, deductions, reimbursements, and vendor billing.
Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, trackers, and MIS reports.
Support performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee grievance handling.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Admin, Leadership) for smooth HR operations.
Manage vendor relationships for corporate services, benefits, and office-related requirements.
Recommend process enhancements and digital solutions to strengthen HR effectiveness.
