RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibility
1. Create an inspiring team workplace with an open communication culture
2. Set clear team goals
3. Oversee day-to-day operation & Maintain Processing TAT
4. Monitor team performance and report on metrics
5. Motivate team members & Track & Handle the client escalations
6. Discover training needs and provide coaching
7. Listen Team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts 8. Suggest
and organize team-building activities.
9. Auditing calls & Need to do self-cases. Preparing roster as per the
requirement 1
10. Need to be comfortable for night shifts.
11. Should be work sales and need to get a Leads along with disbursement.

Personal Specification




Average PMI (last 6 months)/PMS rating 3 and above • 12 months as A1.1 or A1.2 •
Overall one years’ experience or a Graduate • No Warning Letter issued in the
past 6 months • Span ratio adherence • iEvolve certified A1.1 & A1.2 to A3 •
Minimum One year experience in Back Office & Sales.
