RESPONSIBILITIES

We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager in the Financial Due Diligence team.
Working as an Assistant Manager in this team, your responsibilities will
include:

•Conducting end to end financial due diligence
•Identification of issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis
•Undertaking smaller assignments or assisting in larger assignments reporting to
Associate Director or Director
•Writing Sections of an FDD / VDD report
•Analyzing in depth the financial information (trial balances, income
statements, balance sheets and cash flows)
•Highlighting unusual trends observations and frame questions for management
•Interacting with the client or target management
•Reviewing data books prepared in accordance with firm and professional
standards and in accordance with th
