This Position reports to: Service Sales Manager - Digital & SLA Your role and responsibilities The Digital Sales Specialist is responsible for driving growth of ABB Motion Services Digital portfolio by identifying, developing, and converting customer opportunities into sustainable recurring revenue streams. The role focuses on helping customers improve reliability, availability, energy efficiency, and operational performance through digital solutions such as condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, remote diagnostics, asset performance management, and industrial analytics.
The individual acts as a trusted advisor to customers and collaborates closely with Motion Services sales teams, portfolio managers, customer success teams, solution engineers, and operations to accelerate digital adoption across the installed base The work model for the role is: Li_Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Service Business based at Bangalore, India: You will be mainly accountable for: Development of business from current markets for digital solutions and Service agreements, with market specific business plan and growth strategy. Preparing technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives. Prepare monthly, yearly forecasts, achieve order targets viz a viz assigned KPIs in collaboration with geographical sales team as per organization directives.
