Financial Analyst Description - Job Summary • This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees. Responsibilities • Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives. • Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. • Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
