Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain backend systems for AI training and execution

Design scalable, high-throughput services handling large volumes of tasks

Develop distributed systems and workflow orchestration pipelines

Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Own production systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability

Required Skills

3–8 years of backend development experience

Mandatory: Experience building 0–1 products in FinTech companies

Solid fundamentals in system design, data structures & distributed systems

Proficiency in Python / Go

Experience with databases, APIs, and asynchronous systems

Proven experience in building and operating systems at scale
