Job Title: Software Development Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable solutions for our banking applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for banking systems, including front-end and back-end components.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/deployment.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution to technical challenges.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends,



and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a team-oriented and supportive work environment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Engineer, with expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Angular/React/Vue.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of web development principles, including RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and responsive design.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, such as CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
