Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Software Developer at VoizPanda.

The Software

Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that support communication and connection features across VoizPanda’s platforms. Day-to-day tasks include implementing back-end services and APIs, optimizing application performance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and writing clean, maintainable code. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, contributing to architectural decisions,



and following best practices in software development and security.

The Software

Developer will also help improve development workflows and documentation to ensure reliability and scalability of the systems.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Ability to write clean, tested, and maintainable code, with familiarity in version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Experience working in remote, cooperative environments using agile or iterative development methodologies.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize application performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms, security best practices, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
