Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to showcase properties, highlight services, and strengthen the Shreeji Realtors brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing posting schedules, monitoring engagement and inquiries, responding to comments and messages, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and listings.

The coordinator will track performance metrics, suggest content and campaign improvements,



and stay updated on social media trends in real estate to ensure a consistent, professional online presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Content Creation skills, including basic design and storytelling for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to plan campaigns, increase engagement, and support lead generation.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication and Writing skills to craft concise, persuasive captions and respond professionally to online inquiries.
- Candidates should possess basic analytics skills to interpret social media performance data and recommend improvements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in social media management, preferably in real estate or a service-focused industry, is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, manage multiple platforms, and collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams.
