Role Description:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to support brand awareness and performance goals.

Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, producing and coordinating visual and written content, monitoring engagement metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights. The specialist will collaborate with the digital marketing and content teams to align social media initiatives with overall brand and marketing strategies.

Additional responsibilities include community management, responding to audience interactions, staying current with platform trends and best practices, and preparing regular performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience executing campaigns across multiple platforms.




- Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including developing engaging posts, stories, and basic creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage online communities professionally.
- Working knowledge of social media analytics tools and basic performance measurement (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and online reputation management is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role, ideally within an agency or rapid-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving digital trends and client needs.
