(GWSPL) is a Solar EPC and RESCO company based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, empaneled under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and working closely with CREDA, CSPDCL, and Apex Bank. The company is scaling rapidly across residential, farmer, and C&I; solar segments, with active operations in Bihar and expanding campaigns in Rajasthan, alongside diversification into manufacturing and real estate.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the social media strategy and content calendar for the Greenworld Solar brand across Meta, Google, YouTube, and WhatsApp
- Scale the “Har Chhat Pe Surya” multi-city lead-generation campaign across Raipur, Bihar, and Jaipur, tailoring creative and messaging by segment — residential, farmer, C&I;, and colonizer partnerships
- Manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Click-to-WhatsApp ads) to hit cost-per-lead and lead-volume targets, working closely with the CRM/lead-gen team
- Partner with the digital team on the Surya WhatsApp chatbot experience to improve lead qualification and response rates
- Direct production of AI-generated video content and other creative assets for social campaigns




- Track and report social/digital KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, cost-per-lead, lead-to-CRM conversion) to leadership
- Ensure leads flow cleanly into Zoho CRM (custom fields, pipeline stages) for handoff to telecallers and sales
- Maintain brand consistency for “Greenworld Solar” across all digital touchpoints, aligned with the ongoing trademark filing
- Monitor competitor and industry activity in the solar/renewable space to keep campaigns sharp
- Support marketing for government scheme-linked offers (PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana) as subsidy structures evolve

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–6 years in social media/digital marketing, with hands-on lead-generation accountability
- Proven track record running paid Meta/Google campaigns with measurable ROI
- Comfort with AI tools for video/creative content generation
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Zoho CRM experiences a solid plus)
- Experience in renewable energy, real estate, or another high-consideration purchase category is a plus
- Strong written and spoken English and Hindi
- Analytical mindset — comfortable turning campaign data into next steps
