Role Description This is a full-time in office role for a Social Media Manager based in Surat.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish daily content across social media platforms to cover news, street food, and other city updates.

Responsibilities include managing posting schedules, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing content formats to grow followers and reach. The role also involves developing platform-specific strategies, collaborating with content creators, tracking performance through analytics, and adjusting campaigns based on insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow multiple platforms effectively.

- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills for crafting posts, captions, and community interactions.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic knowledge of performance tracking and reporting.
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of Surat City, its culture, and local trends; prior experience in digital media or related fields is beneficial.
