Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern at JobChef will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist with creating engaging posts, stories, and short-form content, scheduling updates, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions in alignment with brand guidelines. The role includes collaborating with marketing and content teams to promote new features, resources, and initiatives, conducting basic competitor and trend research,



and suggesting creative ideas to improve reach and engagement.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring consistent presence at the office and active participation in team discussions and reviews.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing principles to grow and engage online audiences.
- Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop clear, compelling, and brand-aligned posts.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with teams and interacting with online communities.
- Familiarity with major social platforms, basic analytics tools, and current social media trends.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced workplace.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous internship or project experience in social media or digital marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
