Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Current Delhi.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and support student-focused campaigns. The role includes managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends relevant to education and career guidance.

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align social content with marketing initiatives, track performance metrics, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and optimize social media campaigns and messaging.
- Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and using analytics tools is beneficial.
- Ability to understand student needs and translate them into impactful digital communication is preferred.
- Prior experience in education, edtech, or youth-focused brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
