Role Description The Social Media Manager and Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media calendars, writing and editing posts, designing or coordinating visual assets, and optimizing content for reach and engagement.

The role also involves monitoring social channels, responding to audience interactions,



tracking performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on analytics. Collaboration with marketing, design, and development teams is expected to support integrated campaigns and maintain a cohesive digital presence.

Qualifications

- Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing multiple platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute content strategies tailored to target audiences and business objectives.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, including explicit, concise, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with basic design principles and collaboration with creative teams; knowledge of Canva or similar tools is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in digital marketing or agency settings is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
