Roles and Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Oversee and manage all social media channels for the client, ensuring consistent and effective communication.

Campaign Creation





Develop and execute campaigns to promote government schemes, focusing on achieving high organic reach and community engagement.

Performance Analytics

Provide detailed analytical reports on campaign performance and social media reach.

Use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.

Community Engagement

Respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages.

Foster a positive image of the client through meaningful interactions.

Client coordination

Closely work with client in terms of approvals, startegy, event based assistance etc.

Requirements

Educational Qualification: Graduate in journalism/mass communication.

Technical Skills

Proficient in managing social media channels and tools.

Expertise in creating engaging content and campaigns.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media strategy or management.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
