ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day social media activities and help grow our brand through creative, engaging and organic content.

We’re a fast-growing startup on a mission to make spirituality simple, and we’re looking for someone who understands trends, content and what makes people stop scrolling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Plan and maintain the social media content calendar.
- Create and coordinate Reels, posts, stories, carousels and short-form content.
- Research trends, hashtags, competitors and audience behaviour.
- Write engaging captions, hooks and CTAs.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and content teams.
- Monitor comments, messages and community engagement.
- Track reach, engagement,



follower growth and content performance.
- Use insights to improve content and support organic growth.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms and new platform features.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years of experience in social media management/marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social platforms.
- Good knowledge of content creation, trends and organic growth.
- Solid communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
- Portfolio or examples of previous social media work preferred.

Important: This is an organic marketing-focused role. Paid ads/PPC are not the primary responsibility.
